Just want to preface that the service provided by the staff was excellent. However, we had multiple AC issues, a room at the front door (which was not made obvious when making the reservation), this contributed to a lot of noise throughout the day, and the night. All else great.

We had an amazing stay. When we arrived I was a bit disappointed in the view from our room. The manager, wanted our experience to be special, and changed our room and it was breathtaking. Staff wonderful, food fabulous. Rate this place 10/10…

We had the Superior Suite - Garden, it was lovely. Large and spacious with modern decor. Looked quite new in terms of build. Restaurant closes early but you're so close to Fira town, there's many options. Fira centre is a 15 minute walk. Pool area is okay, nothing super luxe. However, views are fantastic.

not that exciting, better to take a cruise to visit the red and black beaches, its just the colour of the cliffs.

Take into account the short trek walk over cliffside can be a little tricky with smaller children. Beach area also a little tight to find towel space.
