Friendly staff. We always still there when we go to Brazil. Easy access to the beach. Hotel has great buffet breakfast and the pool area is pretty cool.

The hotel was fine, staff was efficient and pleasant, very helpful. Sadly the area is like everywhere in cities in Brasil, you cannot walk safely at night, but considering the challenges of the country our stay was positive!!! 5 stars to the staff !!!!

The staff is friendly and ready to help. Bathroom floors and accommodation floor were disgusting. All black between the ceramics. On my last 2 nights I slept on the floor, I thought I hurt my back swimming but only realised it was the bed that was horrible when I needed help to get up on the checkout time.

We travelled from New Jersey to Botucatu to Sao Paulo then finally to beautiful amazing Recife. An amazing experience, beautiful hotel, loving people, from the first day we checked in to the last day. They even put away our bags after we checked out for us to spend more time at the beach then provided towels and let us shower by the pool. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. If you want a night life action you just have to take a Uber which they are super friendly.

Ótima estadia.

Estadia tranquila, quarto confortável e o rooftop é bem bacana. O quarto que fiquei foi de frente pra rua, o que pode gerar um pouco de barulho de dia, mas nada que atrapalhe. Funcionários simpáticos e solícitos e o café da manhã bom também.

Superou minha expectativa ! Bem localizado, sua estrutura interna é completa com salas de convenções, um rooftop bem equipado com piscina, duas hidromassagem , academia, brinquedoteca. O cafe da manha, incluso, é gostoso com bastante variedade. Quarto é confortavel, equipado e cama de casal bem ampla, apenas o chuveiro eu fiquei pouco incomodado com a saida de agua fina e esparsa. Em geral muito bom !

Custo beneficio muito bom. cafe da manha bem farto, piscina bem agradavel. O que pecou foi o check-in... extremamente demorado, infelizmente a atendente nao tinha experiência alguma, tanto que nao foi passada nenhuma informacao de horario do cafe da manha, preco do estacionamento... e ainda cadastrou o meu carro em outro apartamento.
