A double bedroom completes the main level. The attic includes two more bedrooms—one with a small double bed and another with two singles—plus a second bathroom. Guests enjoy internet access, a balcony with garden furniture, and shared laundry facilities. Heating is gas-powered, and baby gear is available for a fee. Just 400 meters from Müritz Sandstrand, the apartment is close to restaurants, boat rentals, and Marina Müritz. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
