The couch was dirty and filled with crumbs. the blanket they provide had gunk dried something on it. Couldn’t stay for the whole night, told the property I left and was told to returned the key right away—which didn’t make sense because it was non refundable and I paid for the night. Property hounded me to return the key. Once I did, I filed...

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Recanto Feliz?
The best time to visit Recanto Feliz for pleasant weather and outdoor activities is during the shoulder seasons of spring (September to November) and autumn (March to May).

During these months, you'll experience comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from 20°C to 28°C, with less humidity than the peak summer. This makes it ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the region, such as hiking the trails around the Serra do Tabuleiro State Park or enjoying the beaches without the largest crowds.

Couples looking for a relaxing getaway often find these periods perfect. The weather is generally sunny and warm enough for beach days and water sports, but the fewer visitors mean a more tranquil experience at popular spots like Praia da Pinheira or Guarda do Embaú. You'll also find it easier to secure reservations at top restaurants.

Families travelling with children might also prefer these times. The milder temperatures are more comfortable for little ones, and the beaches are less crowded, allowing for more space to play and enjoy the sand and sea.
Can I cancel my hotel reservation on Expedia?
Many Expedia hotel reservations are refundable, provided that you cancel before the hotel's cancellation deadline − this is often within 24 to 48 hours of your scheduled arrival. Be sure to check your booking confirmation for the exact cancellation policy. For maximum flexibility, use our 'Fully refundable property' filter during your search to find the right Recanto Feliz hotel for you.
