The host had excellent communication when required.The apartment was to a high standard and well maintained. We were self catering and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed."

"After collecting keys from agency, we found the property had not been cleaned. The dirty sheets & towels from previous occupant were on floor, hairs on bed, crumbs on floor, dislodged floor tiles etc. We’d had a long journey and just wanted to unpack & settle in so this was really disappointing. I called this agency and they sent cleaner the next day. There is no kettle so making tea & coffee involved boiling saucepans of water several times a day. WiFi patchy & temperamental. We were there to ski and the location was good for this. Convenient locker on ground floor for skis and we could ski almost to the front door. It’s just a "
