"Très bel appart bien équipe mais le linge de lit est vieux. La couette était toute boulochee et pas douce au contact. Odeur de canalisation très forte qui sent jusque dans le reste de l’appart. On entend tout ce que fond les voisins (aspi a 7h du mat !! Parquet qui craque qd il marche..) Porte sdb coulissante mais bruyante (la nuit réveille les autres occupants dz l’appart)"

"Hikmat est un hôte excellent, il a pris soin de nous, l’accueil est chaleureux, la visite du gîte était vraiment agréable, on avait un bon gâteau au chocolat à l’arrivée, des oeufs de ses poules . C’est vraiment sympa ! Il est très réactif, il nous a mis un brasero à disposition, et a fait son maximum pour qu’on soit comme à la maison. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits, nous étions en famille pour un mariage à Gaillac, tout était parfait. Hikmat a accepté que le lendemain soir du mariage , les mariés...

"Het appartement voldoet aan alle vereisten. Is schoon en allerlei materialen zijn aanwezig. Modern en goed ingericht. Echter in de advertentie wordt niet gemeld dat het appartement op de tweede etage is en er geen lift aanwezig is. Als we dit hadden geweten hadden we dit appartement niet geboekt. Elke keer 40 treden op en af is zwaar voor ons omdat we beiden hartproblemen hebben. We waren blij met de hulp die de verhuurders boden en onze koffers naar beneden brachten."

"Un grand ouahh en entrant dans l'appartement. Très propre, sobre, bien agencé ce logement est merveilleux. Il contient tout les équipements nécessaires. Notre séjour d'une durée de 3 nuits, nous a permis de découvrir la ville d'Albi. Celle-ci est extraordinaire. Il y fait bon vivre. "We have nothing but positive things to say about this lovely little hotel. Best hotel experience in a while! Whilst staying in Carcassonne celebrating my husbands 60th, I decided we’d stay at La Reserve after visiting Albi for the day, as a surprise, with a table booked in the restaurant that evening. The hotel is five minutes outside Albi, a little gem once through those gates. The location on the banks of the River Tarn, the beautiful spacious rooms, with a little balcony overlooking the gardens and river. Choice of a separate bath or walk in shower. Beds were spacious and so comfortable, slept well. We went down to the pool for a couple hours, had a couple drinks, rested up and then had the most fabulous meal in the restaurant. This was finished with wine in the gazebo by the pool, an end to a great night. Every staff member we met were kind, friendly, professional, interested, interacted naturally, nothing felt forced. We were sorry to leave and wished we had booked a second night!"
