Someone tried my door handle each night. There was no secondary lock on my door, missing.

Smoking is not allowed at this place but the smell of Marijuana was nauseating. I walked past 2 men outside who were smoking a joint outside of their room. In the morning, when leaving, the entire hallway where our room was reeked of it.

At checkin they charge an Xtra $100 because of the no smoking policy. "That will be returned at checkout". I was NOT notified in advance of the fee and the return of the money takes 3-5 days! Fortunately I had the Xtra $100! But because of this policy I will never use Red Roof again

From the exterior it looks like a motel. The interior of the building is clean and better than one would expect from the outside. We did notice that building side doors did not seal well, so security could be improved. Overall, it’s a good value stay.

Loud pounding music until 2 in the morning followed by noisy fight in parking lot at 3am. Roll in shower for handicap did not have mobile water supply making it essentially useless. No telephone in room with explanation that "remodelers covered up phone jack". Im a big Red Roof fan...but certainly not here.

Very clean rooms. Shower was strange... Like a high school gym shower... No enclosure. Workable and clean though.
Asked for a different room towards front but was told no rooms available at third party rate. There were rooms not taken available. I like to bee able to look out window and see car. Had to park in rear but really close enough to keep eye on car

As for the coffee maker in your room, the Deluxe two Queen Beds room does not have the said amenity. Should you decide to stay with us in the future, I recommend booking one of our Superior King room or Suite King with Kitchenette. The front desk staff , especially Kim was very professional -check in and out was quick and easy and the room and bathroom was clean !

It was okay... we just needed a place to stay for the night we weren't looking for much but the toilet was leaking, the chain lock on the door was broken, the walls were thin could hear everything from the hallway & the curtains didn't completely block out light. Also, it's next to a club/restaurant just fyi.
