"Made reservation and paid for the room 5 hours before arrival. Upon arrival I was told they didn’t have a room and made little to no effort to accommodate me. Another staff member arrived and found a room for me and was very nice about it."

"What a gem! Perfect walking distance to everything downtown West Monroe & downtown Monroe. Our hosts were fantastic and the home was very comfortable. We felt safe. The train is indeed very close but it was not a bother at all."
