The property boasts beautiful views of the pond with just a few stairs leading directly to the shallow, gradual entry to the water - perfect for a refreshing dip! The bunkhouse features a queen bed, a cozy lounge area for TV watching or gaming, and high-speed internet connected to both cottages. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the gas grill, and relax in the evenings around the fire pit. Explore the pond with the provided canoe and kayak, or bring up to a 20' boat to keep on the dock. The level lot is adorned with flowers and a stone walkway, providing the perfect sanctuary to unwind and recharge in a picturesque setting.

Sweet Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There have been some excellent updates since our last stay two years ago. New flooring to replace the carpet and the screened-in porch furniture made it one of the most used spaces on rainy days. We loved the welcome basket as well! It's such a lovely little pond, nice and quiet, just what we love! It's a great home base to revisit the places we loved when we lived in Portland. Highly recommend. Krainin Realty is great to work with. Excellent communication before and after our stay.
