"It was a great experience all the way around. No problems what so ever. I'd definitely stay there again. "

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to have access to.The down fall was the start button was broken and had to ask the person at the front desk to get it started. The only other 3 down falls were, the room was not ready at 3pm. Even at 4 they were still cleaning the room. The pool wasn’t filled and my grandson was looking forward to the pool. The back entrance was not working. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal. However, I was traveling with a toddler and lots of bags. My room was at the end close to that back door and they had no other room closer. "

"Kozy Kottage is very comfortable. It is a quiet neighborhood. The host is very professional and easy to communicate with. Hope to stay there again next time we travel to Denison. "

"Our stay was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast for the first time was not so great. Hash browns were not fully cooked and the round sausage that they are using now wasn't very good. The eggs weren't warm either. We stayed there the previous weekend and the food was much better. Not sure what happened this time. Maybe a different cook. Otherwise the stay was good. "
