  • Modern 3 bedroom, 3 bath pool villa in a quiet residential neighborhood on Phuket. All bedrooms are spacious with king size beds, bathrooms, and individual aircon units. Fully furnished kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and all utensils. Washer and dryer available for guest use. Beautiful private 13 meter pool with spa. Cable television and wi-fi provided.
    Gated 2 car covered parking. Cleaning service is provided twice a week. All towels and linens included.
    Very convenient location for exploring the southern part of Phuket. Dive boats and speed boats to the pristine Phi Phi Islands are only 10 minutes away at Chalong Pier. Rawai Beach, with wonderful seafood restaurants where you can watch the sun set over the Andaman Sea, is also only 10 minutes away. One of Phuket's finest swimming beaches - Nai Harn beach, is less than 20 minutes away. Convenient to Big Buddha, elephant riding, Chalong Temple, Kata Beach as well.

Excellent communication on Vrbo with the owner and the housekeeper. Secure villa that was clean & tidy. The bedrooms and pool area was maintained and cleaned during the stay. Really good family friendly villa.

Well Presented Villa

Our first impressions of the Villa were, Wow, this looks amazing and we were not disapointed. Pool was soooo nice to get into as the weather was hot and humid which was a little overwhelming. While we were there, there was an issue with the air-conditioning in the main bedroom but Goi the housekeeper was quickly on to it. Highly recomend to both couples or a family. Car or bike is recommended as it is about 1 kilometre to main road but as a couple, we were more than happy to walk it to keep up our exercise.

The place was beautiful and immaculate. We were keen to give a 5 star rating to this property . However on our 2 nd last night the pool maintenance people may have not left a chemical in the pool which possibly should not have been used for 24 hrs . This was not communicated to us and actually it should have been done after we had left. As a result 3 kids who played in the pool was he following morning developed chemical burns and were tearful.. Hope the owners realise this and ensure that pool s service 24 hrs prior to guest use and not during their stay . Also complication and responsibility is not for guests alone

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Haus. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich eine Steckdose im Aussenbereich wäre wünschenswert. Die Haushälterin Goi war wie immer super nett und hielt das Haus außerordentlich sauber und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Problème avec l'entretien

Nous avons eu divers problèmes d'entretien, le portail est tombé en panne à plusieurs reprises et nous sommes rentrés bloqué la nuit à l'extérieur plus de 2h, également bloqués à l'intérieur plusieurs fois. Le moteur de la piscine ne fonctionnait presque jamais donc le jaccouzi non plus !!! Les réponses à nos problèmes ont été très longues. Etc... Heureusement que le lieu était très beau, la villa vraiment un peu vétuste et mal entretenu. Cordialement

Sehr schöne und sehr komfortabel aufgeteilte Villa, in der wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Der Zustand war gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig, Strände und Nahversorgung sind gut zu erreichen. Das einzige, was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten, wäre eine Grundausstattung mit Basic-Artikeln wie Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Kaffeefiltern usw. gewesen, die man üblicherweise in Ferienhäusern vorfindet.

I like the property layout with the separate master suite. 2nd and 3rd brs from the main living area. Location is good but you will need a ride. Goi the cleaning was great and extremely helpful. Priced right! I would stay there again.
