"Property, although a bit dated makes up with excellent service. There was a sewage smell in the first room I was given which I believed was caused by torrential rains the area had been having. Hotel cleaning staff seem to have tried to mask it to best of their ability with heavily scented deodorizers to little help. Having said that, I think the smell is unavoidable and would likely be an issue at any coastal hotel, staff was graceful and moved me to another room. I found closing the toilet lid helps improve the situation and when rain stopped, so had the smell. Other than that, facilities were good, food and service was excellent. I have enjoyed my stay. "

"We were upgraded to a Beachfront Pool Villa (thanks Vijitt!), and it was the most amazing setting. The private pool and view is magnificent, and the rooms are lovely. It was very private. We loved the beach, even though there are no waves, the quietness makes up for it."

"Great hotel, ocean view was perfect for a family with two older teens. Quiet location with lots of restaurants & beach in walking distance, or use Bolt for just a few pounds to get a taxi to the busier main towns. Lovely staff. A perfect mix of quiet & entertainment for those not wanting to stay in the busier tourist locations."

"The most comfortable beds we stayed in on Phuket. Nice bar, restaurant and pool. Everything was clean and the staff were absolutely beautiful people. The manager and owner were very helpful with ideas on how to spend our couple of days. We will be back and stay longer to explore this beautiful beach area"
