The apartment is on two levels with independent entrance and with a private courtyard, in the pedestrian alley of the historic "Portonaccio" door of Ravenna. Very quiet and charming street in the heart of the old village, a stone's throw from Via Mazzini, where the tourist office is located and access to all the monuments and attractions of the city.
On the ground floor, the living room with sofa bed, smart TV, equipped kitchen, dining table, closet under the stairs.
On the first floor the master bedroom with 160x200 bed, walk-in closet, TV, bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and wardrobe.
The apartment has independent heating, air conditioning and wifi.
In the courtyard you can find a pleasant space with table and chairs, two bicycles at your disposal, an after-beach shower and a laundry room with washer and dryer (key on request).

Borgo San Rocco is a small historic district of Ravenna close to Porta Sisi, the pedestrian entrance of via Mazzini for the historic center. Among the narrow houses typical of the village a multitude of shops has sprung up which confirms the vitality of a district in constant evolution, capable of growing without betraying its historical identity.
Near the house there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops, within walking distance, which you will find listed in the logbook of the apartment.
