"The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. "Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! "

"It's a great location and they have a parking lot on the back side of the hotel for 20 BGN day. You can go in and out freely. The sheets and towels were clean. The mattress cover under the sheet was filled with hair. Yuck. Also the lounge chair was dirty and worn. Also yuck. They could also clean the carpets. Otherwise for a 3 star hotel, it's very good. "
