Everything was great but the pool is entirely to small for it being a resort and they already had some of pool cut off from public access

Very clean room, amazing staff! They were extremely polite and quick to check in! The cleaning staff was great and friendly and everyone there seemed to enjoy their jobs which makes for a great environment! Will definitely stay again, the only downside is parking which is out of their control. I highly recommend staying and getting a room with a view!

Perfect NYC getaway for couples! "We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Riu Plaza Manhattan Times Square. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the action but still feels like a sanctuary. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. As a couple, we found the atmosphere perfect for a city break. Also, don't miss the breakfast; it was truly amazing with so many options to choose from. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seamless New York experience!"

The lobby was very nice and full of character, though you can tell the building is older. The windows were a bit drafty and didn’t provide much soundproofing. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were extremely flat. Noise was an issue — you could clearly hear doors slamming from neighboring rooms. That said, for a short stay it was fine, and the location was excellent, with easy access to Times Square and Grand Central Station.

Problems may occur when you booked a hotel without a front desk: 1) basically no in-time reply; 2) when you call the online agent, it will take them quite long to get back to you and sometimes he doesn’t even solve your problem. We arrived before check-in time but we couldn’t use the lockers to store our luggage, while the online agent kept asking us to continue trying and didn’t offer any help😅😅 wasted us almost one hour…. Overall the room is clean, with many kitchen stuff. Remember to bring your own slippers, toothbrush and paste because they didn’t provide. Transportation is very convenient, closed to E/G/F and 7 metro lines. But it also means you can hear sound of line 7 in your room. Think twice if you are a light sleeper. Safe neighborhood.
