Nice property. Large and spacious. Kids room was super cute. Beautiful kitchen. Easy access. Seamless check in and out. Beautiful property looking on golf course. We don’t play golf but it was lovely.
Very nicely finished and appointed property. We had a comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the open and modern feel of the main floor. Many additional features make this a unique property. Highly recommended this location for visits to North Idaho
Our family recently stayed at this home and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The location was fantastic- we really enjoyed the easy access to the lake and golf course and getting to Silverwood so quickly. And we all enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts.
However, cleanliness was an issue upon arrival. We were disappointed to find popcorn and chips on the floor in the living areas. And it was quite evident that the kitchen floors had not been mopped. There were even some dirty underwear left behind from a previous guest in plain sight! Fortunately, management was quick to respond and resolve the issue which we appreciated.
It should also be noted that there is a pool across from the home. While the water itself was clean, the surrounding area was in poor condition and didn't feel inviting enough for us to spend much time there.
Overall, while the stay had its hiccups, the location and responsive management helped make up for it. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a truly great home.
This house was the perfect size and location for our group! The house was spacious, the 3 levels made it easy for us to enjoy the basement while the baby slept upstairs! We did notice that rhere was a faint pet urine odor and fur in the caroet, but wasnt too noticeable until you came real close. Additionally, they might consider placing additional railing on the inside stairs going to the basement, could be a potential hazard. But otherwise, this was a wonderful stay, very highly recommend it!
The home was to our liking, in a great location and in good condition. We had a bit of a problem with the pool as it was not available for our use, sad as it was one of the reasons we chose this home. We were told we could use the pool at the golf clubhouse, along with the resort's private beach, but the communication between the pool management and the hosting group was a problem and when we tried to use the pool we were told we needed a "Guest Pass" requested by the owner only. by the time we got it fixed, we missed two of the four days of possible use of the pool. NW Hosting was right on it and did all they could to expedite matters, just didn't work out the first time we tried. Some issues the owner should be aware of is the vent over the stove top did not work, the kitchen could use a large pot, and the sliding glass doors did not lock but were secured with dowels to hold them closed. All-in-all, this was a good choice, and we would consider trying it again as the location to lots of things to do was great.
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhouse! The kitchen worked very well for our family (6 adults), the air conditioning worked great, and there was a great shady outdoor deck as well. It was nice that the bedrooms were spaced apart, and that there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood was beautiful, calm, and safe for walks. The check-in was easy, and the host had a very short list of checkout procedures.
The host was very accessible by text, and quick to address to any concerns or questions. There was a leak issue with one of the showers, and a repair person was sent very quickly to address it while we were out for day. The problem persisted, but I in no way fault the host for a random issue that can occur in any house. The host was highly responsive to the situation and did her best to make our stay comfortable, always maintaining a positive rapport.
I highly recommend this VRBO townhome and host! I would book again without hesitation!
We had the best time! Great location, fantastic amenities. Comfortable beds. Tons of room. Kitchen has all the spices you need. Friendly neighborhood. Latte stand and convenience store within walking distance. Would definitely stay again
Very nice condo. We were there to celebrate my son’s wedding which was only 4 miles away. Plenty of room for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready. My only complaint was the garbage bin outside was full the day we got there for a 5 day stay for 10 people.
We had a great stay in Twinlakes, Idaho. Check-in was a breeze, and the place was very clean and well-stocked with towels, which was a nice touch. A couple of things could be improved—blackout curtains in the master bedroom would be helpful, especially in the summer, and the kitchen could use more cookware. For a place that accommodates 10 people, one large frying pan just isn’t enough. And the pool wasn’t available for our stay. Overall, though, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The location is nice since it’s near Twin Lakes. The master bedroom is spacious, overly spacious for our taste. The kitchen was also a good size. The cooling system was really poor in that the second story stayed warm while the basement froze. Our kids in the basement were SO cold at night. There was also a couple lights out and one of the deck stairs is giving way and very dangerous to walk on. So, I think the place could use a little help, but we had an overall good time.
Good Management Company - Great place with small hiccup
Great management company and overall awesome place. Plumbing had an issue so we had to move but host was happy to help.

Clean location Not so clean home
Great location & very clean neighborhood. We were super bummed to arrive at check in time 4PM and see that the cleaners were still cleaning. They told us we would need to wait for them to finish mopping & complete laundry. The house had several items of trash around after checking in. Our toddler found an empty used juice bottle in the living room and was sucking off of it. Couch had dirty used tissues stuffed in it, & several drawers with dirty tissues, a dirty sock in the living room, shower upstairs had hair all over it. The grossest was a dirty tampon laying in the driveway. The carpet behind the couch in the living room absolutely wreaked of animal urine. Also not a house for anyone who enjoys cooking. There is 1 single frying pan that is in bad shape. All outlets on the sink side wall didn’t work, the overhead oven hood didn’t work, broiler on oven only half working. There was only 1 small individual Coffee maker. We still made the best of our trip, but will definitely be booking another home on our next visit.
Overall, the house is great, property very nice. Doors are squeaky and definitely need WD-40, the stairs are very squeaky and the railing is a little wobbly. Stairs very slippery.
I would say the listing is inaccurate. No barbecue was listed, called and asked if a barbecue was present they told me no but yet a barbecue was there so that was a little annoying. The pictures that are listed are, more of the overall golf course and view of the lake, but the lake entrance is not that close and the pool in the picture is also is not the one that’s located right outside of the home. Therefore, pictures are a little misleading. I think they need to take pictures of the actual home and outside of the home which was really nice but they did not show that part.
Communication was great, we did have a little problem with a vent leaking after some showers, but got response right away, willing to come out to take care of it that day, although everything turned out fine.
One bathroom and the game room were out of service, they are doing some construction on the home. Didn’t find out until the day before we were to leave, assuming they knew it was not gonna be ready well before then, so would’ve been nice to know in advance more than 24 hours. They did accommodate us with a small refund.
