"Our first room when we arrived had the door open and a large industrial fan going. I didn’t want to even know why. We immediately went downstairs and got a new room. Interesting, that fan was going all night and most of the next day. Another patron had ants and bed bugs. "

Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was shocked at the condition of the rooms. "
