"Wir waren in einem Kurzurlaub in Plauen. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen gut. Für unser Baby war ein Babybett bereitgestellt, allerdings war das Hotel an vielen Stellen nicht barrierefrei. Wir mussten den Kinderwagen über einzelne Stufen tragen und eine Rampe gab es nur am Hintereingang, der aus Sicherheitsgründen nur von innen aufging. "Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"Schön wäre es gewissen, wenn in der Beschreibung gestanden hätte, dass es sich um eine ehemalige Klinik mit wenigen Umbaumaßnahmen handelt. Zum Teil werden die Räumlichkeiten für Rehaaktivitäten genutzt, sodass der Eindruck aufrecht erhalten bleibt, dass man sich in einem Krankenhaus und nicht um ein Hotel handelt. "Das Hotel ist gut gelegen aber in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Fassade und des Treppenhauses. Die Koffer müssen die vielen Treppen hochgeschleppt werden. Die Zimmer sind klein aber neu renoviert worden. Das Bad wurde auch neu gefliest. Es ist laut da die Zimmer sich über der Straße befinden. Aber für eine Nacht war es ok. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. "
