Rousa Little Guesthouse Cosy Up – Breakfast Included!

Rousa is a charming guesthouse in the heart of Oberrasen, nestled in the beautiful Antholz Valley. Here, a traditional farmhouse meets creative design and a cozy atmosphere.



The “Cosy Up” mini-apartment on the second floor is about 36 m² and features a king-size bed, wardrobe, satellite TV, and safe. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, a filter coffee machine, and Italian moka pot.



The bathroom offers a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, towels, and hand soap. A special highlight is the gallery with a chill-out area and 2–3 extra sleeping spaces. The balcony invites you to relax. Guests also have access to the small courtyard with a herb garden and outdoor lounge.



Breakfast is served daily in the rustic lounge on the ground floor. The cozy room also offers books, card and board games, and an honesty bar for you to enjoy throughout the day and evening. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.



Final cleaning is included; for stays of 7 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is also provided. Laundry service is available for an extra charge. Pets are not allowed.



Free parking is nearby; two spaces by the house can be reserved for an additional fee. Free bus and train rides throughout South Tyrol are included, with a bus stop right next door. A children’s table is provided free of charge, and a baby cot is available for an extra fee.



In winter, you’ll find a ski room with boot and glove dryers, plus a free ski bus to Kronplatz. Sustainable features include natural wood floors, district heating, LED lighting, heat recovery, and a seasonal, regional breakfast.
