"It was different. Not in a bad way but very high tech. The way you just hit first the room number and it tell you what elevator to take. The only thing for me was there was a lout alarm that went off tell you not to take elevators but head to lobby. High sense of urgency no one saying what was going on until you stood there for a bit. Then when they came back on the intercom it was a soft spoken false alarm. Still didn’t know what it was about."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good with a short walk to a couple of subway stations with connections to multiple lines and within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge. Cons: The wifi connection was extremely slow, virtually unusable. The breakfast was terrible! The scrambled eggs cold and almost empty. The potstickers were dried out and cold as well. The coffee was empty and only refilled after we had finished. There no one around to be seen to ask about items which were out. The selection was also poor."

"Check in was quick however the room keys wouldn’t work in the elevator and we ended up jogging down to the main lobby from the seventh floor upon our arrival to get the keys figured out. Turned out the elevator was the problem. We were told not to use that elevator again! "
