The staff friendly. The room we stayed in was very small and weird. No closet just hooks on the wall. Room service never came to clean our room. And the check in desk is on the 13th floor. Honestly would not stay there again.

The room was unbelievably clean. It was fantastic. The virtual check-in left a lot to be desired. I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt to find my room.
