"Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. AC was quiet, had a nice sized fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Would stay here again. "

"The young woman that checked us in was absolutely wonderful. I believe her name was Choi or something like that. She was actually working over because the individual that should have been on duty didn’t come in. But she still had a beautiful smile and great hospitality. "
"Great front desk person , clean room had to leave for airport before breakfast started - we left some things I. Room 408 on December 19 - does housekeeping just throw that away? "
"The woman who checked me in was friendly, accommodating, efficient, and informative. I check in to lots of hotels and she sets the standard for exactly what a business traveler desires for a check in experience.
The hotel room and building were perfectly fine. I would surely stay there again."
"Very disappointing experience.
At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door.
To make things worse, I even spotted bugs on the bed. Absolutely horrible!
My biggest question — why wasn’t I informed about all this earlier? Why wait until check-in to disclose such major issues? It feels like the property only cares about business and not the comfort or experience of its guests."
