Had a short stay but getting in was a breeze so we could get right to skiing. Even this late in the season, the slopes were only feet away. The condo has all the necessary amenities and then some.
Truly ski-in ski-out at this location. The clean and cute condo had the key amenities and the management company was incredibly responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great spot, easy to get to and check in/out was a breeze. a few small things that could be improved (1 light not working, broken fry pan, could use another warm blanket/comforter for the pull out bed) but nothing bad enough to take away from the 5 star review. Would definitely stay again.

South Branch condos at Saddleback
My husband and I spent the weekend at Saddleback to ski. The one bedroom condo was very comfortable, nice kitchen and living area. Great location , and nice views. Easy ski in/out to lower Quad. The fireplace didn't work initially, but one of the associates at Morton and Furbish sent maintenance over and the problem was quickly resolved! Everyone at the rental agency were super friendly and easy to deal with. The mountain was a great place to ski. Scenic views of Rangely lakes, and variety of trails. Proximity to town of Rangely was nice. We loved the Corner Bar, And Sarges. The Pub in the Lodge on the mountain had a nice lunch/dinner menu..

Perfect location for skiing at Saddleback. Easy access to the lower chair. Great view from the living room of the area.
Condo was perfect for the two of us, and very relaxing. It allowed the skier to ski early, come back for lunch,and then be on the slopes quickly.

Time Away in the Mountains
Lodging next to the mountain is incredibly peaceful and nostalgic to those who grew up skiing at Saddleback. Our condo room was very quaint yet big enough to enjoy using a small kitchen, dining area, and living space. The only drawback was not being able to hop in a hot tub - besides that we will be returning for the snow!

Our 3 nights at Saddleback South Branch
My wife and I were extremely happy with our accommodations while skiing at Saddleback. Being able to ski in and ski out was perfect. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed by Sara and company at Morton and Furbish. The condo was nice and comfortable. You are able to hear others in adjoining units, but that did not bother us. We will consider this unit again based on our cost per night for just the two of us.

Nice and small condo. It certainly will not house more than 2 people.
The ski-in, ski-out access is great. The refrigerator is small, we couldn't get a frozen pizza to fit in the freezer, we had to remove it from the box. The place did not have a smart TV, which in today's time is ridiculous, especially if there is someone that does not ski and stuck in the condo. My biggest complaint is that there was a dull sound that was almost like a diesel generator running for about a half hour every couple of hours. It was loud enough that it would keep me up at night. The walls are thin and I could hear the other tenants at times.
All in all it was fine. I can say that if I ever return to saddleback, I would not choose the south branch condo. I would probably choose the a-frame houses.

Can't beat the location, view, and convenience!
How can you beat being slopeside at Saddleback with ski-in/ski out access and being so closet to the lodge? You can't! This unit is easy to access, very comfortable, has a great view, and even a nice gas fireplace. My only complaint (if you could call it that) is the cheap coffee maker and the bed, which could be a bit more comfortable. The unit is super clean and doesn't feel dated at all - we were very happy :) :) Would stay again!

Nice clean one bedroom condo. Decent view of the mountain. Two things that could be improved. WiFi connection would not let us connect and the trail spur from the condo's down to the lift trail needs grooming instead of the icy condition it was in. Have a great season and prayer for colder weather.

It was a straightforward, slopeside condo. A bit of wear and tear since it’s a ski area. Clean, but could use a little TLC and some simple things such as ice cube trays that don’t leak, perhaps a Keurig coffee maker, and maintenance of the drains, which were a bit slow. in average condition.

We had an wonderful stay, and the level of attention and service your group provided was incredible. The unit was great. It was very clean and it great condition. A few small details we think would make the unit even better include:
- Adding hooks for hanging things around the unit (mud room, bathroom), and towel racks in the bathroom.
- Fixing the curtain on the sliding door.
- fixing the refrigerator door so that it opens the other way. It's very tight against the wall.

Our family of three were delighted to stay at this condo during our first visit to Saddleback. The condo is in a great location, truly a ski-in&out place with a warm locker room that has benches to boot-up and get going. The condo's kitchen is compact, a good place to make something simple. So, we did breakfast & lunch at the condo and went out for dinner. The space would benefit from some basic needs such as towel racks & hooks. Other touches that would improve it are more cabinets/furniture that provide surface area to place personal belongings, a better bed, and deck furniture to enjoy the amazing view. At this time it's minimally furnished and not decorated. Hopefully that will improve.

Condo was easy to find and convenient ski in ski out. The locker and changing room was nice. The condo itself was reasonably well appointed, but could've benefited from some updates such as a Keurig coffee maker. Keeping up a little bit with things like ice cube trays that don't leak would also have been nice. There was also a modest amount of wear and tear, which makes sense since this is a ski resort. Everything worked, however, though the kitchen sink was slow. Wi-Fi was excellent, TV, easy to use, etc. Plenty of linens. The fireplace was a nice touch, and the deck was a nice feature with beautiful views. Also convenient to have a washer dryer of your own. While I wouldn't consider it top-tier, it was an above average experience.
This is a super, ski-in ski-out condo at Saddleback. The rental company is friendly and delivered discounted ski tickets to the condo for our arrival. Very clean space!

Excellent Stay!
Morton Furbish Vacation Rentals was awesome. They provided timely updates and reminders through email and a Google Maps link to the exact property location. Their efforts are greatly appreciated.
The condo was exactly as described and perfectly met our needs. The towels & linens provided (in these COVID times) were awesome! One suggestion is the owners provide more forks and spoons. All of our dining and food prep was in the condo - this small addition would be greatly appreciated.
