Fabulous last minute long weekend

We had a great stay, ski in requires some good navigation but ski out is easy peasy. everything we needed was onsite, or brought to us quickly. Thank you for a great new ski mountain experience!

5 Stars!! A Summer Review

Excellent location! Beautiful views and sunsets from the back deck and living room! A 2-minute walk brings you to the base lodge where we hiked Saddleback Mountain nearly every day and enjoyed the pub/restaurant just as often. The short 10-minute drive into downtown Rangeley added to our family's activities. Lots of wildlife! Lots of fun! Thank you to Morton and Furbish! Our original rental had roofers completing the project when we arrived, and Kaitlyn w/ M&B immediately answered our call, relocating us within minutes to Rock Pond Condo 77, which turned our stay into perfection!

Rock Pond Road Condo

Wonderful space. Clean with nice linens through rental. Quiet setting and beautiful views. Kitchen needs more glasses, mugs and silverware. Because we like to cook, found that the pots and pans could be improved. Cigarette buts left on porch and in snow were unfortunate.

Winter

This is our second year back on the mountain renting through Morton and Furbish. We are now officially spoiled with the ski in/out accommodation and would not do it any other way. They are a super efficient and friendly group to work with and we appreciate their attention to detail from the time of booking to day of departure. Rock Pond 77 is convenient to the lodge, ski lift, the Uphill Trail, hiking and the Touring Center down the road. If you are looking for an active, winter getaway - this is a great place to stay.

Rock Pond 77

The place was spotless. The communication was outstanding. The rental agency was exceptionally generous and accommodating. I would strongly advise the owners to invest in bed slats and a new mattress for the basement bed.

New year ski

Rock Pond 77 has everything you need to have a great ski vacation! Full equipped kitchen and convenient ski in ski out! Our family of 4 had plenty of space and we could have had two of their friends join us if it was another time. The fireplace is great, the snow was awesome! What a great way to welcome back Saddelback!
