  • The house is 200 years old. Has some unique charms with old exposed beams in living room. 1st floor has Kitchen, large living room and bathroom. Note: Rest of apartment has normal ceiling height, but bathroom has only a 6' ceiling height. 2nd floor has a large loft bedroom with a full size bed, and another bedroom with a twin bed. The 2nd floor also has a hallway that leads to a 2nd floor side entrance. Smoke detector in bedroom and carbon/smoke detector combos on both floors. Located near Cumberland Farms and walking distance to all town stores and offices. 5 minutes from I89.
