Leonardo Hotel Belfast
The sofa bed's springs gave us a sore back. They were digging into our skin. There was no seal around the bath plug so the bath water ran out.

Warm, professional & efficient check in and check out by Receptionist James Boyle. Table service at breakfast was the best we have had in years by a lively waitress call Niamh.
