"The staff are generally very helpful and customer service oriented. Housekeeping is above average but could use some improvement on thoroughness. In general, the room is clean and bed well made. It's the little things like the safe doesn't work, or the coffee machine in the room, they would forget to take out the pod, or sometimes not enuf replenishment of coffee/tea. Small stuff. I still enjoy and prefer this property to most LA hotels with the similar pricing range or grade. In fact, this property is very reasonably priced with higher quality than most! So I'd still recommend this to all my friends & others."
