"The location was great — walking distance to the beach and downtown strip the hotel was modern our ocean view king room was very spacious, loved the rooftop infinity pool loved the coffee shop, the food at the rooftop restaurant was fresh and delicious, the little store was great to have we loved everything about the Radisson Blu"

"Restaurants are GREAT! All inclusive package absolutely worth it. Housekeeping could definitely be improved, rooms were not cleaned well, floors were very dirty. Beach is beautiful, most of the staff was friendly. Golf Shuttles are convenient but sometimes took a while even though they weren't busy. "

"The facilities were very well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the staff at the pool and the bartenders. The breakfast hours were very convenient. The cabanas were a nice touch and the pool area never seemed overcrowded. Nothing negative or needs improvement about this property. "

"Hotel was beautiful. It is the best beach on the island. Staff is super helpful and nice. Ed that works the bar forming the day has horrible customer service and is super rude. We loved staying here and if we came back to Aruba we would stay here again. Only down side is anything alcoholic is not started serving until 11am and you are not allowed to order a shot until 5pm even after 5pm it can not be a mixed shot has to be straight alcohol. Bar closes as 1pm as well and entertainment is done by 10pm. "

"The hotel is new and clean. We loved that toddlers ate for free at the restaurant. We had no issues with grabbing a seat by the beach. Location was convenient and it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. The one issue we had was with the butler service. It was almost non-existent. We had to call like 10 times to get items ironed. At some point we just called for an iron to be delivered to the room. They brought an iron with residue on the back and we couldn’t use it. They eventually offered to take 6 items and ironed them. We got them back within an hour. "
