Property had lots of great amenities that you pay for in the resort fees, like pools, hot tubs, lots of dining options. Very family friendly which we liked and felt super safe and walking distance to lots of restaurants. The room could have been a bit cleaner (finger print marks on the doors, floors in bathroom could use a good scrub). The restaurant there gets very busy on the patio. Apparently to sit outside you need to make reservations even though we are hotel guests. No one told us this major point at check-in. My biggest issue was that they put us on a second level floor facing the pool which was noisy. We specifically booked an accessible room on the first floor with a Vista View. We needed this as we have a four month old baby and they have no elevators there so it’s a lot of stuff and a baby to lug up and down. They moved us to our vista view room but on the second level, stating they had no first level rooms left, even though this is what I booked and have proof of through Expedia. The systems were all down due to a cyber attack, so check in took 30 minutes and we only got one room key which was super inconvenient for our family. They waived one night of resort fees, but to me that was not sufficient considering the major inconveniences we experienced. For roughly $800 CAD a night, we expected better from this resort.

Amazing staff! Everyone was incredibly friendly and kind. Only complaint was our tv never worked. The nicest man tried to fix it but he couldn’t. Hotel took the resort fees off my bill.

It was so crowded at the pools that we had to rush over very early to reserve lounge chairs, otherwise, there would be no place to sit with our children. There was no relaxing and sleeping in on our vacation due to that. Only one restaurant made it difficult to secure dinner reservations so we had to leave the resort a few times. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Their system was down due to hack and very poor services because of that. Rude and inconsiderate people at the pool shop. I am double charged for some charges since everything is manual. Vacation turned into a hassle. Hopefully the double charges get resolved and they can do things in an honest way.

Very family friendly. The multiple pools was such a hit and the kids had a blast. The only downside that we didn't know about is how quick the chairs were filled (there's a line by 8:30 am and the pools open at 9). One day, we got there at noon and had a hard time finding a spot. We will be back and plan better this time around. Highly recommend especially if you have young kids.

Just came back from overall a very nice stay at the Omni Resort. Extremely kid/family friendly- we thoroughly enjoy the ease of the lazy river and the multiple pool options and flexible hours of the pool and the gym facilities. The movie night option in the pool area is such a cute idea. The “beach” area did seem a bit tired and could use an update or at least more sand. Our room was conveniently located and spacious enough for two toddlers. The Palms Cafe offered a variety of food options that were quite tasty. I especially love the avocado toast. The main restaurant Bluember was also surprisingly delicious and a nice outdoor patio ambiance. My main complaints would be the lack of attention to detail with housekeeping as we stayed for four nights and by the third day we had to request for more toilet paper (not even a spare in the bathroom) and had to ask for a second mini lotion bottle and for the body wash bottle to be refilled etc. Upon initial check in we were told due to recent security breech, only one key per room which ended up being quite an inconvenience. We were told the resort fee would be waived but at check out we were informed this would be for just one night which seems to be a shame and a missed opportunity especially given we stayed for so many nights. We have no major complaints except for the cost per night and higher end resort, we expected just a bit “more”. We are excited to visit Palm Springs again although not sure yet if it will be somewhere else.
