"We loved our stay there except for being placed in the middle of the renovations. When we first arrived they were working on casitas around us and that wasn’t a problem, but on the night before our departure they began working on our area. Blocking our parking spac and waking us up at 7 @AM because they were moving furniture out of the casitas. We had a late checkout of 4:30 but felt we were being pushed out much earlier. The property was large enough that this should not have happened. D"

"Adorable house! Super quiet neighborhood centrally located to everything you need. Beds were really comfortable and the water pressure was amazing. Well equipped kitchen and really appreciated all the nice bathroom toiletries. Hot tub in the morning listening to tons of birds, followed by relaxing and reading a book in the porch swings was everything we needed to relax. We will definitely rent here again!"

"The property was very unique, with great views of the surrounding area. The house was very different. It was very close to Cave Creek and all that was offered in town. There was great hiking as well. There were downsides though. Arriving at the property, finding the entrance was very difficult as it was after dark, and only one of five outdoor lights were operational. This was a theme throughout the house. Many light bulbs did not work. We were awakened the second morning at 7:45 by three industrial leaf blowers all around the property, including on a porch of one of the bedrooms that had no curtains on the glass door. This allowed an unfettered view of the bedroom occupants as they slept. Many small things were not operational. The gas on the grill was turned off, there was no propane tank for the fire table, there were no trash bags or dish washing soap. The property manager, however, was very accessible, and took care of these items quickly. Overall, the house and owners did not feel very welcoming. We've used VRBO numerous times and this was the first time that we felt like we were not welcomed onto the property. It had a feeling that we were an inconvenience to the home owners, all the way down to the WiFi password which was not very welcoming. (Realizing that it is probably a reference to Norse mythology.) We held a family 90th birthday party, and the venue on the patio was great for that. The pool was enjoyed by all, and a great seating area on the patio."

"The home was beautiful and the pictures in the website accurately reflect the property. When we arrived, we found that the air conditioning for half the house wasn’t working. Wes had someone come out that night and again the next morning to fix it. We had no problems after that. The patio was nice and shady in the morning and was a relaxing place to sit and drink your morning coffee and tea. So many bird singing in the trees. Even had some hummingbirds fly around the flowering bushes. The house was nicely decorated and had just about everything you need. Plenty of bath towels for everyone. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pans to cook in, and plates and silverware to eat with. The property is in a quiet neighborhood so no noise issues. We were in town for a wedding, so we didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Overall, we would stay there again!"
