While the hotel has good bones, there are many ways they could improve.
1. Accessibility -- the hotel is completely inaccessible; all rooms are on the second or third floors, and there are no elevators.
2. HVAC -- rooms are supplied with in-window air conditioners. They are noisy and they block the curtains from closing.
3. TV -- rooms are equipped with nice flat-screen TVs ... but the hotel didn't bother to pay for any channels, so only free channels are available. In addition, our TV connected to the wifi successfully, but for some reason was unable to access the internet.
The staff are lovely, and the location isn't bad (right on the edge, though), but the negatives very much outweigh the positives.
