Mr Shailendr GM pays attention to every small things. It was pleasure interacting with him. E cart named tuk-tuk was ever ready to transport guest any where in this huge property. Three nights passed by very fast. Will again visit this property. "

"The property looked premium on Expedia while booking, but didn't feel premium when we actually stayed there. I was staying in the luxury cave. Nothing is luxury in the cave except the name. It's just another room with cave like interior. The bathroom was smelly despite keeping the exhaust fan on throughout the night. The washbasin tap won't turn as it was stuck against the mirror above the basin. The dustbin in the bathroom was broken. We had to ask the staff to replace it. They don't...

"Our trip to our home town was totally mood damaging with our stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet staff especially the supervisor of that restaurant is rude, mannerless and has no idea of hospitality and customer service. A very poor professional and na he’s his crew in a very unprofessional way, meeting with his staff in controlling and very rude manner in front of the guest.
