"It was a lovely stay- nice and clean. The only (small) downfalls were: 1) The batteries in the remote control ran out after the first day but we couldn’t open the back because it needed a little screw driver! Maybe it’s an idea to keep a set there?! 2) All the windows, except one little one, had curtains/a blind, which was annoying because there was a lack of privacy when the other guests were walking past, especially when moving between the bedroom and bathroom! 3) There was no oven tray....

"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Es war eine super Zeit. Beim Check In dürfte es einen Übertragungsfehler der Nachricht hier auf fewo gegeben haben mit der Info ab den Gastgeber, wann ich in der Unterkunft ankommen Werder. Somit musste ich eine 3/4 Stunde warten. Es war allerdings nur halb so schlimm, weil der Wald hinter dem Haus sehr schön ist. "One of the most beautiful cabins we've stayed in during our trip to Austria – just a short drive from Vienna. The cabin is fully equipped and feels just like home. The lake and mountains across from it are some of the most stunning we've seen. The water is clean and pleasant to swim in. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the check-in instructions in time – make sure to confirm them the day before. Other than that, everything was clean, quiet, and highly recommended. "The property is stunning but the service and overall staff professionalism is very lacking. When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help. He simply asked us to fill out a form and gave us 1 key. No welcome, no explanation of the 600-acre property or what was on site. No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd first impression of the property. Throughout the stay, we had to continue asking for things like robes or for the steam/sauna to be turned on (even though the spa hours are 7am-10pm, apparently those treatment rooms are only turned on from 4pm-10pm which seems odd). Also, no one services the spa all day so at one point there were no more towels (and we again had to go back to the front desk and ask for towels). "
