"The room was very clean! Breakfast was amazing, lots of varieties and great coffee. The staff was very friendly. It was a group of 5 of us vacationing from the U.S. and we instantly felt welcomed! A member of our group fell and broke her wrist coming home from dinner. The staff was very helpful and showed us the nearest hospital and was even waiting for her when she got back from the hospital to make sure she was okay. Nothing but a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this hotel"

"The staff were excellent - helpful & willing to help. The room was clean with ample supplies. The AC worked well. Wifi was sufficient. I did not partake in the breakfast."

"The hotel over all is good . Staff is very good and attentive . The location is not so great ! Too far from the main part of Salzburg, but still walkable ! Breakfast is not included and is 37 euros… but there are a few options close by . "

"Had to shorten my stay one day and was told by hotels.com this property does not offer refunds and hotels.com was not any help. This was over a week before I was scheduled to arrive. In the end I just blew off both days and booked another stay somewhere else myself and ate the loss avoiding booking via hotels.com. I would have never booked this property if a no refund policy was clear from the start."

"They charged 120 Euros extra for a 3pm Checkput, even though the rooms were totally empty! I had checked in late at 2am & while Checking in they had said I could have a relaxed checkout. But the lady at the reception seemed to be racially discriminatory & very Rudely said 40 Euros per hour for late Checkout!"
