Elevators seemed to be an issue. We were stuck between two floors for 1/2 hour before they got us out. Never offered any compensation for this. Also the room had a foul odour that never went away.

The air conditioning was not controllable from the room so it was freezing in the room. Had to waste electricity by opening the wi do’s to warm the room. Otherwise, everything else was great.
