"The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. Then a handy man was fixing and painting the cottage next to the one I was in, and suddenly he was painting shatters and fence while I was in the cottage. Obviously I was disturbed by the smell. "Overall t was an excellent stay and would have no hesitation going back. I could nitpick a few minor items but the place is lovely, and the staff was great, The only major thing that people should know is that the cabins are right next to a cowshed and sometimes not always, the you ger a whiff from the cows."

"Lovely place to stay with plenty of room and privacy. Our only negative experience was a loud party on the patio behind our room one night and there is no way to contact the owner after 8pm unless it is an emergency. Except for that event it was an excellent environment for rest and relaxation. "
