"Spacious apartment. Good connections for excursions in the area of Baie de Somme. Right next to the old town of Abbeville for a coffee on the terras or a baguette from the local bakery. Indoors the résidence it is quite warm, probably why it is a retirement home. All-in-all recommended."

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette location et ne l'avons pas regretté : elle est particulièrement bien tenue et très propre, c'est suffisamment rare pour être souligné. Tout y est impeccable : les lits sont confortables, les draps et housses de couettes blancs ajoutent au sentiment de tranquillité concernant l'hygiène. "Character of property enhanced by decorative touches. Difficult stairs leading from entrance hall especially with cases. It was very hot at night, a fan would have been appreciated as a heatwave was forecast. Access to the host was very easy as she was in her shop below on most days."

"The property was perfect for us on our way back from a fortnight in France. The location was fantastic and we loved exploring the area for a few days on the bikes."

"House not very welcoming with chairs on table like a closed cafe. Also, bowls and cups had chips and cracks in them and a few not cleaned well. Saying that, host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Location was great and house was comfortable. You have to pay for parking on all roads but spaces right outside. Lovely area for cycling"

"Stayed at Saint Valery Sur Somme. This is a wonderful place, full of history and plenty of things to do and see. The Gite is clean, tidy, comfortable and handy for everything in Saint Valery. Would love to visit Saint Valery again and also stay at the fisherman's house again."

"Nous sommes arrivés à la Villa Marine la première fois il y a 2 ans et demi. Nous ne devions passer qu'une seule nuit, être de "passage". Nous sommes restés 4 jours 🤗 Depuis, nous rentrons de notre troisième séjour dans cet établissement dont nous ne sommes jamais déçus et qui est devenu notre "repère" de confiance pour nos séjours à Mers les Bains /Le Tréport. L'hôtel est tout simplement genial, très bien situé et dispose de tout ce dont nous pourrions avoir besoin sur place. L'équipe est toujours souriante, agréable et d'un extrême professionnalisme. A bientôt... "

"Great hotel/restaurant and fab bedroom One downside the toilet cistern wouldn’t stop all night!!😢 also horrid smell from the loo.. (reported to receptionist- didn’t seem to concerned! Also €25 for a buffet breakfast was a tap expensive "

"We have stayed here before. Could not fault the friendliness of the host and gave us an excellent choice of restaurants for our evening meal. The hotel is comfortable enough but is looking a little tired especially in the room we were in but apart from that we had a good overnight stay "
