Our first room had a soaked bathroom floor from a leaky shower faucet. Our second room didn't have a working shower so we had to use a shower in a room across the hall. The carpet tiles were badly stained. The room needs to be painted. The coffee in the room is awful (Mother Parkers coffee bags for a Keurig machine) and because the restaurant isn't open until 9:00 we had to drive into town to get a coffee. The restaurant is expensive for mediocre quality. The staff are friendly.

This was a lovely find on a Lake Simcoe canal system. The staff was lovely and knowledgeable. Our room was renovated 70's retro, and very clean, with lots of room for sitting, lots of drawers, large closet and basic hotel kitchen amenities. The bathroom was nice and clean. It is an eco-friendly location, and we enjoyed staying there very much! Thank you

We always stay at Lagoon City when ice fishing. The food is great, staff is so helpful. Our room was nice and there were extra blankets. Our kid slept on the sofa bed which was ready and comfy. We’ll be back next year! Oh and maybe for perch in the spring too. :)
