"I am going to put request for a refund as the hotel was not even a 1 star. No hot water in the shower, bathroom fittings were totally scaled and rusted and cockroaches running around the room. I have a video recording of the situation. Pathetic service and premises, not at all livable. "

"The room was entirely neglected and there was no upkeep. Certainily it is not worth any recommendation. I just checked out immediately upon entering the room. The photograph of the room displayed on your portal is simply deceiving. I am not sure if the same room in the property shown to me while reserving online was given to me in reality. Summarily my experience was awful."

"This is a brand new apartment block conveniently located at close proximity to many amenities in Chennai. We stayed here just over two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The proprietor Sampath is very helpful and communicated with us on WhatsApp well in advance to identify our needs. Reception staff and property caretakers can be a little more attentive to help their guests. Overall, clean and well proportioned room at a reasonable price. The only minus point would be that there is no restaurant on the premises. Highly recommended."
