Our stay was great. My only complaint was we brought about $60 worth of food to save money and put it in the refrigerator. Our food was room temperature in the morning so we had to throw it all away. The bathrooms were so small in the rooms that you could barely fit in them. If you were overweight or handicap they wouldnt work for you. They did have a recliner which was a big plus for me since i have back problems! Very cloae to the hospital so thats a plus as well.
Near to Duke Hospital. Walkable. Visiting family at hospital. Perfect to give family a break. Shower. Clean. Quiet. Perfect for what we needed at the time.
This is our third visit and highly recommend it for those visiting Durham/Duke. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The free shuttle is a fabulous service with a driver who is a gem!!!!!
Convenient, inexpensive, clean / renovated, helpful staff-- but one of the most uncomfortable combinations of lumpy pillows and old/angled mattresses I have experienced in a long time. Slept terribly as a result. Previously included breakfast before Covid-19, nothing included any longer.
The room had everything I needed, and was clean and comfortable. I couldn't get the blinds to close but drawing the drapes closed made the room as dark as I wanted.
