Other things to note
Just south of downtown in the historic South Park neighborhood, near the newly reopened John Chavis Memorial Park. This is a mixed-income neighborhood undergoing a lot of change, with brand-new homes being built right next to existing older ones. I've always felt safe here, but if you are sensitive to occasional noise or unaccustomed to city living, this may not be the right place for you.

The house and amenities were great. It is located in a transitioning neighborhood, but is conveniently located close to downtown Raleigh.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very tidy, equipped with everything you need and just a very short walk to downtown. Will is very responsive provided us with all the information we needed prior to the stay and check-in went smoothly. I highly recommend staying here!
