I found the property wasnt what I was expecting. I thought it would be a huge deck with a nice view of water. I thought everything was sufficient for its purposes though. It was only a mile and a half from everything I wanted.

Nice place but could use some improvements

Check in and commications with host were great. Bed comfortable enough but need better pillows and bedding. Went and got some cleaner for the shower it was dirty. The coffee pot was a Keurig with a reservoir tank and it had green stuff growing in it. The studio it self was nice just need better cleaning team. The road by it is really busy and have to be careful when going in and out. The pic on the app showed a big deck but you only get a small portion of it they put up a wall to separate it between the two units. Need lighting around end since the entrance is in the back. The furniture needs to be upgraded not very comfortable.

Beware - read carefully

You will pay double the nightly amount after the extra fees! It is located in the back of the house which is very dark if you arrive at night. Also, it’s hard to see where to turn off the road in the dark. It’s basically just a room that you are renting. There is no couch, only two chairs. Host will not work with you to cancel your trip if needed. We basically paid double the advertised nightly rate for one night and we didn’t even end up staying there because I didn’t feel comfortable with the location and the host was very rude to me when I told him I didn’t feel comfortable staying there.,

This was a last minute trip and this was the perfect place for me to stay location wise pricewise and cleanliness wise
