One of 16 unique apartments in a beautiful spot at a historic site built in 1925. Located in the lovely Trinity park neighborhood just steps away from downtown and right across from Duke University east campus, making this the perfect place for the complete Durham experience.

Please note: Due to the historic nature of the building you may hear some noise.

Can I give this location and the building more than 5 stars? The neighborhood is beautiful, so very Durham, and the room was comfortable and charming. The neighbors were super nice too. This room was exactly what I needed

Great Location

This apartment is in a great location very close to downtown. You get exactly what you see in the photos. It is part of a larger building with many units, so it’s not private. But your room and bathroom are private and the place is very quiet. Would stay here again.

Under construction, unfinished drywall, cleaning supplies and ladders n the openi, nobody to greet you, no direction on how to get to the room, no direction on how to get into the room. Felt unsafe and did not stay. Should not be part of the Expedia offerings.
