This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condominium is close to downtown Chapel Hill, UNC-CH and within walking distance the peaceful Bolin Creek Trail. It offers an updated kitchen with everything needed for preparing meals, an open living room and dining area with plenty of space to spread out. The upstairs bedrooms offer plenty of natural light that will brighten your day. Enjoy morning coffee on the back patio. Pets are welcome with a pet fee.

Wonderful host and condo
The condominium was pristine and Andrea a delight to work with. She always responded to any questions very quickly and was most pleasant and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s easy to get to the college, the hospital, many restaurants, grocery stores, and down town Chapel Hill from this location. There are woods at the beginning of the property with a lovely walking trail. Would definitely recommend this host and property to anyone staying in the Chapel Hill area.
