Situated on Clark Avenue in Raleigh, NC, our charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-level home is just steps away from NC State University and a stone's throw from the bustling Village District, making it an ideal location for various occasions, from weddings and reunions to academic milestones, concerts, conferences and more.

Space for Everyone:
Enjoy the uniqueness of renting both sides of an L-shaped duplex, ensuring private and exclusive access to all amenities, including contemporary furnishings and decor, cozy rooms with king-sized beds, private outdoor relaxation areas, and two fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances. The property also boasts a fire pit area, corn hole, and ample parking for up to 6 cars.

Traveling with small kids:
We have a high chair, pack n play (please bring your own sheets) and kids cups, plates and utensils for your use. They are in the B Unit.

Traveling with Dogs:
We will consider up to 2 dogs for a refundable $250 pet fee. Please tell us about your pups to ensure we're a good fit for each other.

Thoughtfully Designed Living Areas:
With a combined space of 1900 sq ft, each unit offers separate living areas, allowing large groups to gather while also enjoying separate spaces. Unit A features a Raleigh-inspired design with an airy kitchen/living area, and Unit B boasts NC State inspiration with a dedicated dining kitchen leading to a fenced-in outdoor deck.

Enjoy meals in two distinct settings, each equipped with everything you need for effortless dining.

We LOVED our stay at Wolfpack Cottage! My husband and I brought our 3 kids, ages 12, 14 and 17, to Raleigh so we could visit North Carolina State University as our oldest is a junior in the early stages of his college search, and we think NC State could be a great option for him. This property was the ideal location from which to explore campus and the surrounding area. The home was beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to campus. Communication with our hosts was fantastic. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again ourselves.

We came for a weekend with family including kids ranging from 6-18 and were beyond impressed with the cottage. The outdoor space was fantastic and the kitchen was well stocked. Sheets and towels were soft and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with before and after arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend,

We had a great stay at the Wolfpack cottage. It is in a great location near NC state, Village District, grocery stores, etc. It is like a duplex and we rented both sides for our family. Everything was very nice, from the kitchen being well stocked with cooking utensils to the bedding for chilly nights. We really enjoyed the fire pit area. We wish we would have found it 4 years ago when we started spending Thanksgiving up in Raleigh!

What a wonderful 3 night stay. The cottages were immaculate and cozy. Well equipped kitchens, comfortable furniture and beds. Walking distance to the University Campus and not far from various shops and dining options. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend, and would stay again if I ever visit the university again. peaceful.

There are so many positive things to say about this home, everything was brand new, the bedrooms are large and very comfortable, there are several places outside to sit and enjoy the sun or relax, communications with Beata were excellent, we found everything we needed in the kitchens and bathrooms, and we found many interesting parks and sights while walking around the neighborhood.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Very very clean and we loved the two separate spaces. We did think that comfortably only 11 people should stay in the space. We did have a kid that ended up sleeping on the couch due to space. The host was very easy to communicate with and it was a great location. I would definitely recommend renting this space!

We had a fun 2 nights here - it really felt like home away from home. We walked over to the village district area for dinner which was nice. All the kitchen and bathroom stuff was new which came in handy for breakfast in the room. They must have top notch cleaning staff, even my OCD spouse was impressed. Overall communication was fantastic. We were able to take advantage of both units, adult kids in one and parents in the other which was a great option. Will stay here again this spring!

Moving my son into NC State for his freshman year was stressful enough…knowing we were staying at Wolfpack Cottage again was 1 less thing to worry about. We love this residence!! Always clean and comfortable and cannot beat the convenience to campus. Got to cook 1 last home meal for my son (and family) and the kitchen had everything I needed! We will continue to stay here when we visit my son over the next 4 years. Beata could not be more pleasant and helpful as an owner. 👍🏻👍🏻

Omg..this was thee best place to stay for our family to celebrate our niece's graduation from Duke. This place was just as described...clean, modern, enough space for our group of 10. Well stocked kitchen..love the pay it forward concept...all guest were pleased.....perfect for pur fur baby's as well. Can't forget the communication was excellent and the personal attention to have groundsman show up to make sure we are ok was awesome as well..... This was my far one of my best stays... This property is more than 5 stars... Thanks for having us if im ever in that area again and need a place this size i hope this place is available.

From booking to check out was an easy smooth process. The host is amazing to work with. She’s attentive, helpful, and her communication is impeccable. Hands down the best experience renting. The property has everything you need or want. She has thought of everything and then some!!! The location is perfect. A short walk to the Village District. Tons of food choices. I will absolutely book with her again. You won’t be disappointed, I promise.

The homes are both beautiful inside. They are comfortable and cozy. We had every room full and were very comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and spent many hours playing cornhole. It was very convenient to be able to walk to campus.

Not only are the decorations so incredible in representing the NC State and Raleigh area, the two separate houses are great for families that want to come together, but appreciate their own space. One thing I missed in the preparation for my trip was that you need to bring your own wood for the fire pit. Other than that, the houses had absolutely everything that we needed. This rental is all about location, location, location. A few blocks from the grocery store, Cameron Village, and NC State, this location allows you to be within walking distance of all the things you need while in Raleigh.

The house was absolutely perfect!!! We were here for our son to play at USA baseball so we had both sets of grandparents with us. They stayed on one side of the duplex and our family stayed on the other. It was the perfect amount of privacy for each family. The amenities in the house were beyond our expectations. From the amazing showers to the beautiful kitchen that was so well stocked, it was perfect. We loved the TV’s and the fans in each room as well as the comfortable beds. Not one thing to complain about!!!!
