Rooms were clean. Housekeeping wasn't friendly or flexible, chatting on the phone, loud in the mornings wouldn't recommend if you are there to get some peaceful sleep.

First night I stayed there I found a roach crawling on the wall. I asked one staff member if I could get another room free for another night and I was told no that I would have to pay regular price for a night stay.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. Our room was clean but some of the outlets did not work and the tv remote did not work. Bathroom/shower was clean.

Last minute trip and needed a room with a separated space living space for work. Staff was fine the room assigned to us needed repair and cleaning. The room needed updating the sofa was stained.remote for tv in living room area missing and bedroom remote did not work. The space where the microwave and refrigerator had a huge crack in the ceiling and was duct taped. Bathroom crack in lighting fixture. Stains on bedroom walls and living room. Staff was fine busy weekend for area but the condition of the room needs to be reviewed. Many other hotels in area that I would stay at if I am back in the area.

The property itself needs some upkeep. For example the ice machines didn’t work on our floor, lost money on the washing machine trying to do a load of laundry that I could never accomplish, small things in the room such as no microwave, poor/very messy or no chalking on trim etc But the staff, with the exception of 1 housekeeper, were all very nice. The property/room was clean but overpriced for what is offered. Did have an ok breakfast but nothing extraordinary. If the price wasn’t so high and nothing a bit better was available, I would stay again. Things were acceptable, just wouldn’t be my first choice.

This was the worse experience of my life, I had to call costumer services for different reasons. Once, somebody gets into the next room, he was with a gun, smoking and hotel never made anything for our security, it was the worse!!!

I loved the look of the outside architecture and the walking path around the outside pool. However, there were several people loitering outside each time we came and went, which was strange. The inside had a persistently musty odor in the lobby, hallways, elevator, and room. For the price, we would do it again! Working AC/Heat, mini-fridge and microwave, lighting, and plumbing. The breakfast spread was pretty decent (waffles, yogurt, all breakfast beverages expected, etc.) and it ran the full time. Thanks for taking care of us!

The moment I opened the door to our hotel room we saw roaches. I never even set my bags down. We turned around and went to the front desk. We were unable to receive our money back due to booking through a 3rd party (Expedia). We left and stayed at the Comfort Inn next door. When I get home from traveling, I will dispute the La Quinta hotel charges through my credit card.

When I checked in I was told that breakfast would be served from 6am-9am. On the first morning they cleaned up breakfast at 8:30am didn’t eat, on the second day they cleaned up at 8am didn’t eat. I did not try a third time. Horrible

Room was perfect, but loud staff disrupted my work
The room itself was fabulous and exactly what I needed - spacious work area, ample lighting, mini fridge, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom. However, the staff were constantly in the hallway outside my room talking loudly and it disturbed my work more than once. I would stay again but ask to be on another floor - I must have been close to where the cleaners are based.

Disappointed. Dirty floors upon arrival in my room, no housekeeping service available when needed. Homeless coming in the hotel to eat the breakfast, bathroom doors were not doors, had closet doors, big gap under room door inviting enough for rodents

We had a great one night stay. Fast check in. The only big problem was the thermostat in our room didn’t work & you had to kinda crawl under a built in desk to change heat settings! Bed was comfy, room clean. There wasn’t much ambient noise and no pot smell, which is hard to come by in Durham!

What I liked about the Property it was quiet & clean in the hallways & dining area. What I didn't like is that i had a mouse and they poop that they left around the microwave and bathroom area. Also, there were roaches in the bathroom & on the toilet bowl. I informed two reps at the front desk the Muslim lady & the night shift man I also have pictures that I presented to them. They stated that a manager will contact me on this matter..
