I liked the friendliness of the staff, the location near the SAS campus, the quiet room and feeling safe and comfortable. The only thing keeping if from being excellent all around was the flickering desk light which kept me from using it and some stains on the carpet.

I can’t say enough about this hotel!! Check in was amazing and easy. The staff was kind and the manager Brandon was so helpful! It is a DOG FRIENDLY hotel!! The communication was clear and kind about where my dog could be in the hotel. The room was beautiful and quiet. There were lots of different dogs and I never heard one. I am so happy we stayed here!! Highly recommend!

Rude people. I got screamed at for using the wrong tongs at the breakfast buffet by an employee. Hotel is great and clean. Some of the people are very unpleasant.

Great proximity to PNC arena, which is why we stayed here. Nice rooms, very spacious. Bathroom was very dark and no fan so impossible to dry off after a shower and everything was damp. Free breakfast was not great. Eggs were cold, French toast sticks were cold. Not a deal breaker though as we didn’t really care about breakfast. Would stay again. Staff was friendly.
