The check in process was long and the personnel working the front desk was overwhelmed and unable to the process in a efficient manner; room was not sanitary with bedding and floor with marks and smelled unsatisfactory; the pest control notice was posted on many doors but not explained upon check in; noisy at night; no housekeeping especially for bath towels and wash cloths; overall, quite disappointed

Didn't even stay there for 3 minutes. The non-smoking room was FILLED with the odor of cigarettes. The kitchen was dirty. Filled with bed bugs, dead bug on the kitchen counter, and a roach. Property was just unkept. Terrible experience and refused to refund the amount I paid to stay. Expedia hasn't been much help either.

The room was absolutely disgusting. They wouldn’t refund me with trip insurance. O roach crawled out of my pillow. The springs were literally shooting out of the mattress. The fridge barely worked. It smelled something completely awful in the room. Not staffed at night whatsoever. Dog feces everywhere outside. Wasn’t able to change rooms when asked about it. The remote didn’t work for the tv. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. Most frustrating part was paying and then not refunding me when I asked well ahead of time.

The hotel I booked for my employee refused to check him in last night at 1am after driving all day to get there. No one was at front desk. We called and they showed up 15 minutes later and said it was too late to check in. Excuse me? This feels like a Seinfeld episode. You can take our reservation, take our money, but you can't keep the reservation because it's inconvenient for you to check in a guest and hand out a hotel key? Absolutely absurd! They told us to contact Expedia for refund but of course they don't answer the phone for anyone including Expedia, so we just have to wait and see what happens. Awful customer service.

My reservation was not received from travelocity and instead of being apologetic and helpful they acted as if I was putting them out and gave me a number to call and sent me into the next room to straighten it out. It took almost an hour to get this resolved and I needed to get to the hospital where my mom was going into surgery, I made this known multiple times. There was never an apology or an offer to discount the stay. The place was subpar. There was a dog next door and it barked all night and the manager knew about it. There was nothing in the hotel to use dishes, coffee maker anything. The one time I asked for towels they did not have them. I checked out early and did get a refund on the days I did not use. I will not use Travelocity again and feel free to listen to the tape of me trying to check in it is ridiculous.

I do not recommend this place at all. We stayed there for 4 nights in late April 2022. The place is dirty. Garbage everywhere. Nothing and I mean nothing is maintained. I suggest you look elsewhere for a hotel. It really is a shame, the location is great.

The whole site to this hotel appeared to be a dump, there was trash outside. The room was old and smelled musty and damp. The entire hotel was disgusting, including the lobby. I did not stay there and asked for a refund.

Absolutely horrible stay. Everything from doors that wouldn’t lock to a toilet that flooded our room. The pictures in the app are not the pictures from this hotel. This place is old, filthy, and we had to be moved 3 times because every room had broken doors.

You get what you paid for, I should have paid less
My room was rather crappy. Chips and cracks in the sink and it would not drain faster than it would fill. Bed was uncomfortably itchy, the toilet was running constantly and the last time I used the bathroom it got clogged. Also several family seem to be living out of this hotel so there is a plethora of children running around the parking lot and making noise all day.

This was not at all as pictured. The check in lobby was bare and not as seen in pictures. The staff was very kind and welcoming. However the place was not very clean outside, the environment felt a bit sketchy. We checked into our room which had a smell of cigarette smoke. The room was not as pictured either, very dingy and outdated. We decided to check out after 5 mins of being there. In doing so, a police officer had shown up sitting in the parking lot and there was also a car of 3 people which were causing a seen and clearly not in their right minds. The staff did try to diffuse the seen and have them step outside but they would not listen. Was very uncomfortable and nervous. Overall, I was very disappointed and hope this helps a family from choosing this place in the future for their own safety. Nothing negative toward the staff, I think they understood completely. Simply false advertising pictured.

Hot all night
Front desk clerk was inexperienced. The first room they gave me was dirty, bed wasn't made toilet stopped up. Second room had spiders and Air conditioner didn't work.

The buildings are not structurally sound. The toilet leaked all over my bathroom floor and they didn’t care enough to move me to another room until I contacted the website. The next room had a leaky roof over the bathroom and they refused to give me another room again. There is nowhere to do laundry because that room is condemned. The only positive of this place is that it’s quiet at night.

Bed was not a king, more like a small full. Room had damage to just about every counter. Toilet lid was broken and bathroom light hardly worked, almost no light.
