ChargePoint Level-2 EV Charging Station set up to provide 48 Amp charging (guest pays for actual usage as tracked in the ChargePoint App). Located in a safe neighborhood great for walking. Fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and Amazon Fire TV's in the living room and all bedrooms. Conveniently located in the northwest area of Raleigh. Please hang damp/wet towels on hooks so they don’t sour. Place all used dry towels in the hallway bathtub. It is not necessary to strip the beds. We take care of all linen and towel washing.

Awesome House

Our family had a mountain bike race at Lake Crabtree. Eric was very. Quick to respond and their home was excellent. Would stay there again!

Wedding Weekend Home Base!

Everything, from booking to checkout, was perfect. Eric, the owner, was very attentive & accommodating. The home was spotless, and beautifully & thoughtfully appointed (even had bedside white noise machines)! Had everything we needed, plus more. Made for an ideal situation for us as we were in town for our daughter’s wedding.

Thus is an impeccable property. Eric was accomodating by turning on a few inside lamps since we were arriving late to check in. He has thought of everything as the detail to make the stay was greatly appreciated. Amazing property! We will return on our next trip to Raleigh.

Our favorite stay

I would like to start by saying that Eric went advice and beyond to ensure that our stay was amazing. The home was very clean and he did not leave out a thing to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Raleigh. We have rented much larger homes for a lot more money that did not come close to how satisfied we were with this home. We will certainly be staying here when we come to Raleigh!!

This house was amazing! My family enjoyed the house. Even our dog enjoyed the stay, once we let her in the backyard she did not want to come inside. Eric was very communicative our entire stay. We will booking this house for our next trip to Raleigh.

Family Wedding

Fantastic property! Amazingly well stocked. He went the extra mile and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. One of our family members left something at the house. He contacted us immediately and waited for her to return to retrieve the item. Would definitely book this home again when in the Raleigh area! Thank you for a great stay!
