Guests can enjoy the comfort of 2 king beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and 2 full bathrooms: primary bedroom has one double vanity and a walk in shower and hallway bath has bathtub with shower. Large flat screen smart TVs in both bedrooms and sitting areas. Large private deck that is steps away from walking/biking trails. Enjoy the beautiful trees and birds while sipping your morning cup of coffee. A short walk/drive to The American Tobacco Trail, dog park, and so much more! With AC, WiFi, and washer and dryer. Check-out time is 11:30AM. If additional time is needed let me know ASAP. The cleaning staff is on a schedule and will charge an additional $30 fee.

Park only in the two marked (91-C) parking spaces in front of the unit. Additional guests/visitors must park in designated spaces for Visitors only.
